I have the idea for all these Andes Mint Cupcake because each year for Christmas, my husband has Andes mints in his stocking. It is something he's gotten since he was a child and it reminds him of Christmas.

This Andes Mint Cupcake Recipes is just one of our favorites. I am reminded by the flavors of this Andes Mint that is remarkable using the mix of chocolate and mint buttercream frosting and homemade chocolate cupcakes.

Ingredients

  1. 24 Chocolate cupcakes
  2. 24 Andes Mints
  3. Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
  4. Mint Buttercream Frosting

Directions

  1. Put a huge star piping tip into your pastry bag. Into room being kept by one facet of the pastry bag on the opposite side to the mint, working in small batches scoop the chocolate buttercream. Fill another side of the pastry bag with all the mint buttercream.
