Copycat Chocolate Hostess Cupcake Recipe
Alright, so I have been making all kinds of youth favorites! The previous article I created that and a Chocolate Swiss Roll Cake awakened a piece of me which I forgot about! I'm tapping that has been Chocolate Hostess Cupcakes and which I adored! The main reason isn't that of the clear.
I believe that the reason I like these cupcakes is that the icing after it's firm, is much more enjoyable to me. Do not get me wrong, I'll love this chocolate dessert in room temperature. I guess most of us have our"item" as it pertains to a number of the treats and dishes we all like. For example, my husband likes to eat the shirts. Does that make sense? I hope so since it makes no sense.

INGREDIENTS
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. Vanilla extract
TOPPING
- 2 chocolate chips
- 1 c. heavy cream, heated
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons. Butter
FILLING
- 1/2 c. shortening
- Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven and line two liners. Put aside.
- In a large bowlwhisk the flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder and soda, and salt together. In another medium bowl blend together milk, eggs, the sugar, and vegetable oil and blend. Add the vanilla extract and add the water when mixing. Fill each tin 2/3rds. Bake on center rack for 20-25 minutes. Toothpick come and could be added out clean. Baking allow to cool.
- While the cupcakes are baking, then let us create the chocolate ganache. Insert the chocolate chip. Pour in a saucepan and bring to bowl. Pour over the chocolate chips and then use a rubber spatula to stir till creamy and smooth. Add the butter and stir until the butter gets dissolved. Put in the fridge to permit the ganache about 20 minutes, to thicken.
NOTE:
