S'Mores Cupcakes Recipe

- Graham Cracker Base
- 12 Full Sheets of Graham Crackers (approximately 1 1/2 cups crumbed)
- 1/3 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- Center Cupcakes
- 1 box Chocolate Cake mixture + box components
- S'mores Marshmallow Frosting
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 7 oz Marshmallow

Directions
- Graham Cracker Bottoms
- Put aside.
- Melt the butter .
- Melt butter
- Add sugar and melted butter and pulse to blend.
- Place cupcake liners. Split the graham crumb mixture at the bottom of each liner. Gently press each to make a crust that is level.

- Bake. Set aside to trendy.
- Prepare the chocolate cake batter according to the instructions on the box.
- Fill every liner about minutes until a toothpick brings out fresh. Set aside to permit the cupcakes to cool.
- Cream the butter and vanilla till fluffy using a mixer.
- Cream butter
- Add sugar while blending.
- Twist in marshmallow creme.
- Fold from the marshmallow
- Move to piping bag and inhale every cupcake.

Recipe Notes
- Prior to implementing to cupcake if garnishing the cupcakes with roasted marshmallows that you can use a choice to maintain them t0 brown. Refrigerating the cupcake can help prevent the melting. You may toast the marshmallow directly, if you do not have enough time to refrigerate the cupcakes.
