Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Cupcakes




INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 box vanilla cake mix, plus ingredients known for on box
  2. Two (8-oz.) Cubes cream cheese
  3. 1 teaspoon. vanilla extract
  4. 1 c. chopped tomatoes
  5. Strawberry pieces, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350° and lineup two muffin tins with cupcake liners. Get split between liners and vanilla cake batter according to package directions. Bake according to package directions. Let cool. Fold in 1 cup of berries and cool whip.
  2. Working with a teaspoon or melon baller, scoop out the centre of each cupcake to make a little nicely. Fill each cupcake.
  3. Pipe staying cool whip on top and garnish with a cherry slice and graham cracker crumbs.
