Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Cupcakes
INGREDIENTS
- 1 box vanilla cake mix, plus ingredients known for on box
- Two (8-oz.) Cubes cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon. vanilla extract
- 1 c. chopped tomatoes
- Strawberry pieces, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350° and lineup two muffin tins with cupcake liners. Get split between liners and vanilla cake batter according to package directions. Bake according to package directions. Let cool. Fold in 1 cup of berries and cool whip.
- Working with a teaspoon or melon baller, scoop out the centre of each cupcake to make a little nicely. Fill each cupcake.
- Pipe staying cool whip on top and garnish with a cherry slice and graham cracker crumbs.
