Cupcake Pops
What am I excited about? Practically everything. Foot an WALL of windows, concrete floors, along with ceilings. But I am thrilled that my kitchen is going to be bathed in light. Excited that it is a place that was totally upgraded and renovated, meaning I will not be operating in a hotbox cooking or when baking. That is exciting for me personally! Since I do some baking that this time of year includes airflow or zero ventilation. Saying it is a battle is an understatement.
These Cupcake Pops are certain to be a hit any of your summertime get-togethers. And the toughest part is being able to allow the cake cool. However, you don't need to use the tube of icing, so while waiting, I snacked on it a little. No doubt in my game!
