CANDIED PECAN BANANA CUPCAKE RECIPE

CANDIED PECANS:
- 1 cup pecans
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
GARNISH:

INSTRUCTIONS
- Line cupcake menu with cubes (this recipe makes 12-14 cupcakes)
CUPCAKES:
- In bowl of mixer include in all of the ingredients.
- Add the eggs, oil and vanilla, mix until blended.
- Add from flow and the bananas in the milk.
- Mix until just mixed and batter is formed.
- Bake for 16-18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool.
- Mixer on low, Gradually, add the powdered sugar 2 Tbsp at a time

CANDIED PECANS:
- Place cinnamon, salt, water and sugar in medium pan.
- Cook over moderate heat until sugar melts and the mixture bubbles.
- Add pecans, cook minutes, stir to coat pecans in sugar mix.
- Remove from heat and put on lineup cook sheet.
- Let cool.
- Split or dip into bits.
GARNISH:
- Assess, jarred or butterscotch post to home made recipe that is great for connection.
ASSEMBLY:
- Lineup cupcakes.
- Employing Ateco 808 suggestion (or similar) pipe that the frosting on the cupcake.
- Sprinkle with pecans.
- Drizzle with butterscotch
