Ingredients
- Kosher Salt
- Ground black pepper
- 8 oz pork belly
- 3 Tablespoons oil
- Browns shredded
- 1 small tomato thinly chopped
- 1 avocado thinly chopped
- 6 eggs poached
- Hollandaise Sauce
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp water
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Kosher salt
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- Black pepper
Directions
- Prep your pork stomach the day before you cook the hamburgers. Permit overnight, uncovered to sit . The following day, douse it to neutralize the soda and rinse it off.
- Then slice it into pieces of length and width. Season with salt and honey, then pat dry.
- Fill a tiny saute pan with cooking oil and heat. Bake pork belly that is carefully slices a few at a time until they reach 165 degrees, or be and float brown.
- Pork sausage and ground beef in a large bowl, seasoning it. Top with cheese before removing them.
- Heat oil at exactly the skillet. Put 3 handfuls of browns and push down being careful of the oil, to flatten them. Fry 3-4 minutes, with a spatula. Fry an extra 3 minutes then remove to paper towels to drain. Duplicate, making 3 patties.
- Toast English muffins spread with butter. Set build your hamburgers or buffet style! Muffin underside, hash brown, tomato, arugula, sausage patty poached egg, Hollandaise top.
- Hollandaise Sauce
- Blend lemon juice, egg yolk, and a pinch or two of salt at the base. Put butter and melt move butter
- Put an immersion blender to the cup's base and then turn on it. Gradually drizzle emulsifying the egg yolk and lemon juice till it is creamy and thick while the blender works. Season to taste with black pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Serve over hamburgers. This sauce can't be chilled and reheated but may be kept at a heated kettle for up to 1 hour.
