HAVREFLARN – THIN OAT COOKIES WITH CHOCOLATE AND SEA SALT
They're just, although I understand these cookies do not seem like much. They chewy. And VERY addictive. I have been eating these cookies a lot of times. It is a traditional old school kind of recipe that is Swedish -- and it is undoubtedly a classic for a reason. You need to temper the chocolate, in case you would like to be serious with your biscuits. I only wanted to eat them the chocolate melted.
For me it was not worth while although the chocolate pops SO and it seems much better although I have attempted tempering chocolate a few occasions. If you are into creating desserts it makes sense! I will leave you that!
