Strawberry Cupcake Recipe


This cupcake recipe includes a hint of banana which makes it the spring cure! Make this cupcake recipe and top with the banana buttercream icing for a dessert!





Ingredients

Cupcake Ingredients:

  1. 1 3/4 cups sugar
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 2 eggs whites
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  5. Frosting Ingredients:
  6. 4 C powder sugar
  7. 4 TBSP heavy cream
  8. 1 teaspoon banana flavoring
  9. Fresh bananas
  10. Strawberry preserves

Directions

Cupcake Directions:

  1. Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form roughly 2-3 minutes. Put aside.
  2. Stir the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt together.
  3. Beat butter on high speed until creamy and smooth about a minute.
  4. Add the sugar beating.
  5. Conquer medium-high rate when incorporating in vanilla and the egg yolk.
